A small switch, a big impact.
At the heart of our collections is a commitment to reduce waste and protect the planet. One way we can do this: recycled cotton.
The maths
You'll have all heard of organic cotton — which we're not knocking — but it does use up a lot of water, especially in the arid areas most cotton is grown.
Recycled cotton saves 20,000 litres of water per kilogram. It significantly reduces water and energy use, as well as the carbon emissions from growing, harvesting and processing new cotton. Add to this the reduction of landfill and incineration — and the benefit of extending materials that are already in circulation — and you have a truly sustainable alternative.
What does it feel like?
Our recycled cottons maintain the softness and durability of regular cotton, making them ideal for everyday wear.
Look for them across our new arrivals — in easy summer dresses, midaxi skirts and square-neck blouses.
