Questions
How quickly will the gift arrive?
Instantly, or on the date you pick — Christmas morning, their birthday, next Tuesday if you just feel like it. Check spam if it doesn't land — it comes from hello@joythestore.com.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Yes — choose Schedule above and pick the day (up to 90 days ahead). We'll send it at 8am UK time on that date. Recipients abroad will get it give or take a few hours.
If they live abroad, what currency will they receive?
Vouchers are denominated in pounds sterling (£). When the recipient redeems at checkout, the balance is converted to their local currency at that day's rate.
What if the email goes to spam?
Tick "Also email me a copy" above — you'll get the same email and can check it landed cleanly. If yours went to spam, theirs likely did too — let them know to check promotions / spam. It comes from hello@joythestore.com.
How do they redeem it?
Tap the Redeem button in the email to apply the voucher straight at checkout. The voucher code in the email also works at any time for future orders or remaining balance.
Is there an expiry date?
24 months from the date of purchase. Plenty of time.
