Nice pattern, it runs a bit bigger: I am a 14 in other blouses/shirtsI bought on Joy/Louche but this one felt a size bigger, not much for the shoulders but for the arms length and cuffs a bit wider. I have not tried to get a size smaller because I stupidly removed the tag as soon as I received it so not sure if a 12 would have been the right size or too small. All in all it is a nicely made product and it looks the part.
