Orders

An order confirmation email is sent to acknowledge receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and JOY is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the products ordered are no longer available. In such cases you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment use, or purchasing for the purpose of commercial resale.
Pricing and Availability
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. However, prices may change without notice. If a product is found to be incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from marks, stains or fragrances
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage or alteration may not be accepted for a refund. In such cases we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your cost.
Returns Monitoring
We may monitor return activity across customer accounts. If return behaviour appears excessive or inconsistent with normal consumer use, we may:

Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional and discount codes must be applied at checkout at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

Delivery Issues and Lost Parcels
Delivery is handled by our courier partners. Where tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, the parcel will be considered delivered.
If a parcel appears to have been lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Courier investigations may take up to 10 working days to complete.

- Any safe places around your property
- Your local delivery office or sorting centre
