Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window please check your tracking link before getting in touch.
How do I return an item?

Received a faulty item?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at contactus@joythestore.com with photos of the fault and we will look into this for you as quickly as possible.

- Your order number (this begins with #JOY-XXXXX and can be found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of the issue
