Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and provide reliable delivery through Royal Mail.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not yet received this email, your order is likely still being prepared for dispatch.

Standard Delivery

£3.95 (3–5 working days)
Free on UK orders over £75

All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery.

If you are not available to accept the parcel, Royal Mail may:

  • Leave a calling card
  • Attempt delivery to a neighbour
  • Allow you to rearrange delivery through their tracking service

If a parcel is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, a new order will need to be placed to receive the items again.

Next Working Day Delivery

£5.95

All Next Working Day Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday will be dispatched the same day and are expected to arrive the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, over the weekend, or during Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that weekend delivery is not available.

Next Day Delivery is not currently available to the following postcodes:

IV, AB31–AB56, KW1–KW17, KA27, KA28, HS, PA20–PA78, PH4–PH50, ZE, IM, BT, Channel Islands, BFPO, SS.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After this time we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, Royal Mail will usually:

  • Leave a calling card
  • Attempt redelivery
  • Allow you to arrange redelivery through their tracking system

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery if the parcel cannot be delivered. If the courier returns the parcel to sender after repeated failed delivery attempts, a new order will need to be placed.

International Delivery

International deliveries are handled through our global shipping partners. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Tracking is usually available until the parcel reaches your local delivery partner.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days, or if tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at contactus@joythestore.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The date your order was placed
