DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

– You should have 2 years' minimum digital marketing experience for a fashion brand or worked for one as part of an agency and able to demonstrate an understanding and have experience of digital marketing activities.

– The role would involve taking responsibility of marketing calendar and provide all external agencies with content and information of all our activities on a weekly basis.

– Creating email Marketing Campaigns working in Mailchimp email marketing tool to set up segments, targeting, schedule campaigns. Developing email marketing automation campaigns for ongoing customer engagement. This would involve some copywriting for digital content including website, email campaigns, and design artwork & material to support campaigns.

– Updating the website with content, visually merchandising and managing the Shopify platform.

– Liaising with buying team Media team to ensure timely updates and development of web pages.

– Understand the basics of measuring web traffic and monitoring SEO results.

– Review results from analytics and create reports on key metrics for social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and website pages

– On a regular basis, identify issues, patterns and trends in consumer comments/inquiries and monitor social media channels/news feeds for industry trends.

– You should be experienced in managing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager)

– Be proficient with Photoshop, illustrator and Figma along with the ability to edit and create video content.

– Have understanding and experience of managing content on Shopify.

– Familiarity with Mail Chimp.

– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.

– A passion with fashion is a must, along with a can do spirit.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Tasks will include:
– Hands-on content creation - proactively produce engaging TikTok and social media content (videography, photography, GIFs, graphic design)

– Working with the team to develop a social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram. You will have the opportunity to launch the brand into TikTok together with managing the TikTok shop sales channel.

– Identify influencers and creators to work with and manage new and existing talent partnerships
Communicate with followers and community members on various social media platforms

– Research competitors and their social channels ensuring we stay ahead! Requirements

–Passion for all things digital - familiarity with the following social media platforms: Instagram (Reels, IGTV) & TikTok and Facebook
