Store Support Manager

JOY currently has an exciting opportunity for a Support Manager to join our growing Retail team. We are looking for employees who have the personality to match our brand. The role of the Support Manager is to drive commercially across all stores of the JOY business. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all stores are assisted in reaching their weekly targets.

VM Manager

As a VM Manager you will be based in head office and on the field, working with multiple internal teams and our creative director to deliver forward thinking, fashion focused in-store and window VM designs. JOY currently has an exciting opportunity for a VM Manager. We are looking for employees who have the personality to match our brand. We are looking for a pixel perfect Junior Web designer to join our eCommerce team. You'll need a keen eye for design, photography and typography and appreciate the fine balance between visual design and usability. Allocator

We are looking for an allocator to join our Merchandising team at Joy. The ideal candidate will either have had previous experience working for a fashion retailer or will be a recent graduate with degree in a mathematical discipline.   • To assist in the operation of all Sales Ledger functions for our Wholesale department.
  • To write up and post all income to corporate bank accounts as required.

Assistant Accountant

Key responsibilities of the accountant job will include:

  • Responsibility for preparation of the management accounts
  • Management of the month end process
  • Supervision of all accounting processes (Gross profit reconciliations, monthly accruals and prepayments, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets and journals)
  • Lead the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.
  • Operate a financial control framework, including reporting responsibilities, financial accountabilities and authorities to ensure full financial control
  • Ensure full day-to-day reporting responsibilities are undertaken
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial information

The JOY head office team is currently searching for a new fit model.

You will be required to model sample garments before production whilst we make notes. You will not be photographed.

You will need to be a UK SIZE 12, roughly the following measurements:

Studio Intern

Our e-commerce photographic studio is looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the team. Ideally this would suit someone with some experience and an interest in either retouching, photography or styling.

This is a varied role and will need someone who is pro active and a fast learner. Your role will include running errands, preparing samples, keeping the studio tidy, helping with product preparation for creative shoots as well as the model shots and helping to set up the lighting.

You need to be proficient with Mac and have some experience with Adobe Photoshop. This is an administrative role and will not include any photography, you will act as the support to the photographer and training will be given.

The main part of the job will be to take over the handling of the Purchase Ledger. Tasks will include:

  • Posting the invoices to the ledger
  • Reviewing Utility bills
  • Timely payment of all utility bills, including water. Phone etc
