Delivery

Standard

All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail, and require a signature.

Deliveries will not be made over the weekend.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of the order being place and will be delivered within 3-5 days of the order being placed.

Any change of delivery address must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address.

Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed and you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the delivery address.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

A calling card will be left if you are not available to accept the parcel, or Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to a neighbor.
If an item is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed to receive the items at your expense.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will no longer take responsibility for your parcel.

Please note: If a signature is acquired, the parcel will be deemed delivered and is no longer the responsibility of JOY or the courier.

Next Day 


All Next Day Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm, will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any change of delivery address must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. A calling card will be left if you are not available to accept the parcel, or the courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. If you miss the delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to rearrange redelivery with the courier. The courier will reattempt delivery 3 times – if the delivery still cannot be made, they will hold the parcel awaiting further instruction for a maximum of 10 days before returning to sender. If an item is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed to receive the items at your expense. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will no longer take responsibility for your parcel.

All Next Working Day Delivery orders placed Monday – Thursday before 4pm will arrive before 9pm the following day.

All Next Working Day Delivery orders placed Monday – Thursday after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day after the order is placed, to be delivered the following working day.

All Next Working Day Delivery orders placed Friday will be delivered the following working day and not over the weekend. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, and therefore will arrive before 9pm on Tuesday.

All orders placed over Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders will not be delivered over the weekend.

Please note: Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: IV, AB31 to AB56, KW1 to KW17, KA27, KA28, HS, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH50, ZE, IM, BT, Channel Islands, BFPO, SS.

International

International orders are handled by our delivery partner Global-E. Custom duties and delivery charges are payable during the checkout process. The cost of delivery are variable depending on your delivery location and will be calculated during the checkout process.

If your parcel has still not been arrived after its due date, please liaise with your local delivery service.

For Standard & Next Day Deliveries

On placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order number and tracking number.

For International Deliveries

On placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order number and tracking number. Depending on which service we used to deliver your parcel, you can track it using one of the following links below. Please note, we are only able to offer tracking until your parcel reaches your local delivery service. If you're unsure about your parcel's status, or the tracking information has remained the same for a number of days, please email contactus@joythestore.com to confirm the correct tracking number and receive an update. If you are having trouble trying to track your order, please email us at contactus@joythestore.com, with your order number, your full name, phone number and the date your order was placed. Please allow up to 10 working days before querying your order.
