Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3-5 working days)

Free on orders over £70.

All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via Hermes, and require a signature. Deliveries will not be made over the weekend

Hermes delivers to residential addresses until 6pm, and to business addresses until 5.30pm on weekdays.

Orders placed before 2pm, will be dispatched that day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

A calling card will be left if you are not available to accept the parcel, or Hermes will attempt to deliver to a neighbour.

As a signature is needed, they will not leave it in a safe place. If you miss the delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to rearrange redelivery with Hermes. Hermes will reattempt delivery 3 times – if the delivery still cannot be made, they will hold the parcel awaiting further instruction for a maximum of 10 days before returning to sender. If an item is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed to receive the items at your expense. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will no longer take responsibility for your parcel.

Please note: If a signature is acquired, the parcel will be deemed delivered and is no longer the responsibility of JOY or the courier.

Next Day Delivery

Next Working Day Delivery: £5.95

Free on orders over £120.

This delivery option can take between 1-2 days, depending on the day the order is placed.

Orders placed before 2pm, will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • All Next Working Day Delivery orders placed Monday – Thursday before 2pm will arrive before 9pm the following day.
  • All Next Working Day Delivery orders placed Monday – Thursday after 2pm will be dispatched the day after the order is placed, to be delivered the following working day.
  • All orders placed after Friday at 2pm, and over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday, and therefore will arrive before 9pm on Tuesday.
  • All orders placed over Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders will not be delivered over the weekend.

Please note: Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: IV, AB31 to AB56, KW1 to KW17, KA27, KA28, HS, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH50, ZE, IM, BT, Channel Islands, BFPO, SS.

International Delivery

International Delivery: £9.95 - £11.95 (3-7 working days)

All international orders sent via P2P.

International orders do not require a signature. If your parcel has still not been arrived after its due date, please liase with your local delivery service.

Western Europe – 3 – 5 working days - £9.95

Rest of Europe – 3 – 5 working days - £9.95

Rest of World – 5 – 7 working days - £11.95

Rest of World: Anywhere not mentioned above is classed as Rest of the World.

Please note that although Andorra, Gibraltar and San Marino sit within Europe, they are VAT exempt and will therefore be charged at the "Rest of World" rate.

Please note, we are only able to offer tracking until your parcel reaches your local delivery service. If you’re unsure about your parcel’s status, or the tracking information has remained the same for a number of days, please email contactus@joythestore.com to confirm the correct tracking number and receive an update.
